SeedLord is a real-time browser economy game. Every world resets after 120 days, no one can buy a competitive advantage, and the unique seed you receive at world start gives you an advantage no one else starts with.

The same three problems. Every browser strategy game. For twenty years.
The player who started three years ago beats you. Not because they're smarter — because they've been accumulating purchased upgrades since before you joined. Skill is irrelevant. Time-in-wallet wins.
The top guild spent more this month. It's listed as "comfort features" in the store. It's a competitive advantage. Everyone knows it. The game pretends it isn't.
Skip a day and you come back to ruin. The game is designed to punish real life. It doesn't reward good decisions — it rewards being online when no one else is.
"Real money purchases cosmetics and comfort features only. It cannot buy resources, troops, production speed, or any advantage that interacts with other players competitively." — SeedLord Monetization Policy · Written before the first line of code
No one enters a new world with accumulated power. Veteran or newcomer, everyone starts fresh. Your titles carry over — not your stats.
Conflict plays out in neutral shared zones and on open roads — not in your kingdom. Competition is economic, strategic, and fought on terrain everyone can reach.
At world start you receive a seed no one else has. It determines what you produce naturally. The economy depends on everyone — including you.
Not now. Not after launch. Not ever. This is policy, not marketing.
Gold and Sigils cannot be purchased with real money. No bundles, no workarounds.
You cannot buy Elite troops, accelerate production, or skip training time. Strategy is the only shortcut.
No paid alerts that reveal where event zones appear before free players know. The playing field stays fair.
Every monetization decision is discussed publicly before it ships.
This loop stays open for the full life of the game. Not a suggestion box — an actual checkpoint.
Free. No spam.
At world start you receive a unique seed and choose one of 7 specializations. What you produce naturally, you produce better than anyone else — and no one starts with the same hand.
The daily loop: production → marketplace → Gold → troops and upgrades. The market isn't the end goal — it's the fuel. What you earn is what you spend to compete where it actually matters.
Spies reveal enemy moves, intercepted messengers shift alliances, diplomatic reputation opens deals no army could force. When a Zone Event appears — unique, unrepeatable resources — those who already have the right information arrive prepared. Everyone else improvises.
Every world has a Gold and Sigil threshold to win — values shift with each world's configuration. Sigils are earned only by controlling Zones. They can't be bought or traded. Hit both thresholds and you unlock the closing ceremony, a permanent Hall of Fame title, and cosmetics that follow you into future worlds.
Join a guild, coordinate strategy with your allies, and dominate every world you play together. Titles earned are recorded permanently in the Hall of Fame — your name, your world, forever.
Your specialization doesn't define what you are. It gives you a starting multiplier — an advantage no one else has.
Where you take it, who you align with, who you rival — that's your game.
You come out of the gate with more Gold than anyone else. Whether you spend it on market positions, zone runs, or alliances — that call is yours.
The potions you craft don't exist anywhere else. Every serious baron needs them — you set the price.
You're the only one who can read intercepted messages and foresee where Event Zones will appear. Those who keep you close win earlier.
No building scales without your components. You're the bottleneck for every barony that wants to grow — including your own.
Baronies without large warehouses are forced to sell immediately. You sell when you want. Market timing is your real product.
Horses, luxury goods, faster routes. You start with the logistical and diplomatic leverage others have to buy from you.
Every hour of zone control is worth more for you than for anyone else, and your troops hit harder. Your advantage isn't brute force — it's that every action in a zone weighs more.
Every specialization is a different starting point. The market decides what it's worth.
You decide where it takes you.
Recorded in the Hall of Fame. Permanently.
Everyone who reserves their seed before the alpha opens is permanently recorded as a Founding Lord in the Hall of Fame — the game's permanent historical record, visible to every player in every world.
This title is earned once. It carries across every future world. It's the only way to get it.
Founding Lord status closes permanently when the first world opens.

No marketing language. If something is still undefined, we say so.
We're in pre-alpha. No date is set — we're validating the design before committing to a timeline. Reserving your seed gets you on the early access list. One email when alpha opens, one per major update. Nothing else.
Yes. The full game is free. Optional purchases exist — cosmetic skins, comfort items. Nothing that touches competitive mechanics.
Yes. Every specialization starts with a natural advantage that casual play can leverage. A Farmer who logs in twice a day and reads the market well can outperform a more active player who doesn't. The game rewards smart decisions, not hours online.
Yes. Guilds support up to 50 members with immediate internal chat — no messenger delay, no cost. Coordinate your cluster when a new world opens.
Designed mobile-first. Every interaction is built for a 5-inch screen. No app install — runs in your browser.
Strictly. Alt accounts are flagged and removed. The economy only works if every barony is a real, independent player.
No. Special troops operate exclusively in shared zones and event zones — they cannot attack a barony directly. Other players can send spies that disrupt your production or intercept a messenger, but no one can conquer your territory or eliminate you from the map. The game is fought in neutral zones, not in your kingdom.
Sigils are the prestige currency — earned by controlling shared zones, winning event zones, and completing world objectives. They're spent on advanced building upgrades, elite troop unlocks, and exclusive crafting recipes. They cannot be purchased with real money by design, not by oversight. Sigils are the only clean measure of how much you actually played — they can't be faked with a wallet.
Resources, Gold, and Sigils stay in the world — the reset is intentional and total. What carries forward: permanent titles in the Hall of Fame, cosmetics earned during that world, and the reputation you built. The next world starts fair for everyone. Your name, however, doesn't reset.
Yes. Multiple worlds run simultaneously, each with its own settings and configuration. You can participate in more than one at a time. That said, each world is completely separate: resources, Gold, Sigils, and troops never carry over or transfer between worlds. What you build in one world stays in that world.
Your seed is waiting
Founding Lord status closes when alpha opens. Your name in the Book is permanent. This is the only moment to earn it.
